klyk.shop ("the Service") is a software product operated by Akdron Consultancy ("we", "us"), accessible at https://klyk.shop. Our company website is https://akdron.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

klyk.shop helps local businesses manage their Google Business Profile: AI-drafted review replies, Google posts and offers, AI-generated marketing images, services management, monthly keyword and description updates, a profile completeness score and performance reports. Actions you approve or enable are published to your Google listing through Google's official APIs.

You sign in with a Google account and must have the authority to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account. One listing can be actively managed by only one klyk.shop account at a time.

Each business profile has its own subscription. New accounts get one7-day free trial (with limited AI usage), counted from sign-up; a listing whose trial was already used (on any account) requires a paid plan. Plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual or 3-year) and payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Prices are shown in INR and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

The Service is delivered digitally — access is activated immediately after successful payment; nothing is shipped physically.

You can cancel a subscription anytime from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the profile moves to the unpaid state. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for refund terms.

Review replies, post drafts, keyword suggestions, descriptions and marketing images are generated by AI from your business data. You are responsible for the content published to your listing — review anything you approve, and keep it accurate and compliant with Google's Business Profile policies. We don't guarantee specific ranking, traffic or revenue outcomes.

Don't use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to solicit fake reviews, to access listings you aren't authorised to manage, or to probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

The Service depends on third parties — Google APIs for your listing, Razorpay for payments and AI model providers for content generation. Their availability and policies are outside our control; interruptions on their side may temporarily affect features.

We own the Service and its software. You own your business data and the content generated for your business through your account; you grant us the licence needed to operate the Service (for example, storing your photos and publishing approved content to Google).

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account and disconnect your Google accounts at any time from Settings.
