Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data klyk.shop (a product of Akdron Consultancy) collects, why, and how it is handled. The short version: we collect only what's needed to run your Google Business Profile for you, we never sell your data, and payment card details never touch our servers.

Account data: your name, email and Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.

Business Profile data: with your permission, data from the Google Business Profile APIs — listing details, reviews, posts, photos, services, and performance metrics — used to operate the features you see in the app.

Content you add: product names, photos, prices, logos and any text you enter.

Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We store your plan, subscription status and billing period — never card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials.

klyk.shop's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google Business Profile data is used only to provide the features you turn on (replying to reviews, publishing posts and photos, updating services and descriptions, showing performance), is never sold, never used for advertising, and is shared only as needed to provide those features.

To sync and display your listing; to generate AI content on your instruction (relevant business context — such as your name, services, a review's text or a product photo — is sent to our AI model providers solely to generate that content); to send the email notifications you've enabled; to process payments via Razorpay; and to keep the Service secure.

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure; images are stored in private object storage and served through the app. Google access tokens are stored encrypted. Access to production data is restricted.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: Google (to read and update your listing at your direction), Razorpay (payments), AI model providers (content generation) and our email provider (notifications). We never sell personal data.

Data is kept while your account is active. Disconnecting a Google account revokes our access at Google immediately. To delete your account and its data, use Settings → Delete account (steps on klyk.shop/delete-account) or write to support@klyk.shop — we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal compliance.

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw Google access at any time. For any privacy request, contact support@klyk.shop. If this policy changes materially, we'll notify you by email or in the app.
