Delete your klyk.shop account

klyk.shop (a product of Akdron Consultancy) lets you delete your account and its data at any time, from the Android app or the website:

1. In the app: open More → Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
2. On the web: sign in at klyk.shop with the same Google account, go to Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Email support@klyk.shop from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Immediately and permanently:

• Your account: name, email address, Google account identifier and profile photo.
• Connected Google accounts — our access is also revoked at Google, so klyk.shop disappears from your Google account's third-party connections.
• Every business in the account and its klyk.shop data: settings, reviews inbox and AI replies, posts, AI creatives, products and photos you uploaded, keywords, reports and scores.
• Subscriptions — auto-renewal is cancelled so you are not charged again.
• Notification preferences and any notes.

• Your Google Business Profile. It belongs to you on Google and is not changed — reviews, replies and posts already published on Google stay there.
• Payment records held by our payment processor Razorpay, kept by them for the period required by Indian tax law (typically 8 years).
• Anonymous records with no personal details: AI usage cost totals, a marker that a listing has used its free trial (so trials can't be repeated), and a log entry that an account was deleted.

Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more.
